Check‑In / Check‑Out
• Check-in is from 14:00. – 19:00
• Please inform if check-in is required after the time slot
• Check‑out is by 10:00.
Housekeeping & Service Charges
• Rooms are cleaned per stay.
• Additional cleaning or linen service is available on request at $75.00 per service, charged in addition to any fees already paid.
• Guests acknowledge liability for all services and charges incurred until check‑out.
Guest Responsibility & Liability
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to Oakleigh House property by themselves, their visitors, or anyone for whom they are responsible.
• Oakleigh House Management is not liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables, including items left in the room or in the in-room safe. A complimentary safe deposit box is provided for guest use.
• Regardless of charge instructions, the registered guest is personally liable for all charges incurred during their stay.
Identification & Occupancy
• All guests staying at the property must present valid photo identification at check-in.
• The number of guests permitted is strictly limited to the number stated on the reservation.
• Example: A booking for 1 guest allows only 1 occupant; a booking for 2 guests allows up to 2 occupants (in rooms designed for two).
Key Deposit
• A $200.00 key deposit is required and is fully refundable upon return of all keys/cards at checkout.
• Lost keys/cards incur a $200.00 fee per card (e.g., 2 lost cards = $400).
Noise, Visitors & Behaviour
• Quiet hours are 22:00 – 06:00 (Corfu: 23:59 – 05:00).
- Work-related exceptions may be considered.
• No parties, no loud music, and no visitors are permitted in guest rooms.
- Visitors may only be received in communal areas.
• No smoking, no drug use, and no illegal activity is permitted anywhere on the property.
• Rooms must not be used for sex work, prostitution, or any income-generating activities of this nature.
Cooking & Laundry
• No cooking is permitted in rooms unless the room is specifically equipped with cooking facilities.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities are available from 08:00 – 20:00.
Safety & Prohibited Items
• No animals are permitted on the property.
• No weapons, toxic substances, flammables, or explosives are allowed in the building.
• Guests using irons or other appliances in rooms must exercise extreme care. Any damage or injury resulting from misuse will be charged to the guest.
